摘 要:为了开发利用祁连山蔷薇科栒子属植物资源,以实现人工繁殖和栽培,调查了其资源种类和分布地,并采集种子和插条进行播种和扦插繁殖。结果表明,祁连山共有蔷薇科栒子属植物4种,分别为匍匐栒子、水栒子、灰栒子和西北栒子。采集的种子在0~4℃沙藏90 d播种后,发芽率达20%~30%;采集的插条在150 mg/L的吲哚乙酸中浸泡2 h扦插后,成活率达50%~70%,因此建议在生产中优先应用扦插繁殖进行人工栽培。In order to develop and utilize the cotoneaster resources in the rose family in Qilian Mountain for artificial propagation and cultivation,the species and distribution of the resources were investigated,and the seeds and cuttings were collected for sowing and cutting propagation.The results showed that there were 4 species of cotoneaster in the rose family in Qilian Mountain,namely,crested Cotoneaster,water Cotoneaster,grey Cotoneaster and northwest Cotoneaster.The germination rate of the collected seeds was 20%~30%after sowing at 0~4℃for 90 days;After the cuttings were soaked in 150 mg/L indoleacetic acid for 2 h,the survival rate reached 50%~70%.Therefore,it is suggested that artificial cultivation of cuttings should be given priority in production.
