摘　　要：辽宁12316金农热线是农业农村部与辽宁省政府合办的“三农”综合信息服务平台。介绍2022年金农热线的服务情况和平台延伸拓展工作情况,对咨询内容、咨询渠道、业务需求的变化情况进行分析,提出加强横向合作、强化数据标准管理、高效利用专家团队等对策措施。Liaoning 12316 Jinnong Hotline is a comprehensive information service platform jointly operated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Liaoning Provincial government.This paper introduces the situation of Jinnong Hotline service and the wrok platform extension and expansion in 2022,analyzes the changes in consulting contents,consulting channels and business needs,and puts forward countermeasures such as strengthening horizontal cooperation,strengthening data standard management and efficient use of expert teams.
