摘　　要：目的探讨闭合复位弹性髓内钉治疗小儿股骨骨折的临床效果。方法选取2021年5月至2023年5月济南市济阳区中医医院收治的80例股骨骨折患儿,根据随机数字表法分为参照组(40例,采用切开复位接骨板内固定治疗)与研究组(40例,采用闭合复位弹性髓内钉治疗)。比较两组的临床疗效。结果与参照组相比,研究组的治疗总有效率更高,并发症总发生率更低,手术时间、骨折愈合时间更短,术中出血量更少,创口长度更小(P<0.05)。结论选用闭合复位弹性髓内钉方案治疗小儿股骨骨折患儿的效果更好,并发症少,缩短康复时间,临床中应用具有较大意义。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of closed reduction elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of femoral fracture in children.Methods A total of 80 children with femoral fracture admitted to Jiyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jinan City from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into the reference group(40 cases,treated with open reduction plate fixation)and the study group(40 cases,treated with closed reduction elastic intramedullary nail)according to random number table method.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the reference group,the study group had higher total effective rate,lower total complication rate,shorter operation time and fracture healing time,less intraoperative blood loss,and smaller wound length(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of closed reduction elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of children with femoral fracture has better effect,fewer complications,and shorter recovery time,which has great significance in clinical application.
