氟康唑胶囊联合苦参凝胶治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨氟康唑胶囊联合苦参凝胶治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床效果。方法选取莱州市三山岛街道社区卫生服务中心2020年2月至2022年11月治疗的100例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者作为研究对象,按照掷硬币法分为参照组(50例)与研究组(50例)。参照组采用氟康唑胶囊治疗,研究组采用氟康唑胶囊联合苦参凝胶治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状缓解时间、不良反应发生情况及疾病复发情况。结果研究组疾病治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组外阴瘙痒、白带异常及外阴灼痛缓解时间短于参照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组疾病复发率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病采用氟康唑胶囊联合苦参凝胶治疗,可提高治疗总有效率,有效缩短症状缓解时间,降低疾病复发率,且不增加不良反应。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Fluconazole Capsules combined with Kushen Gel in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods A total of 100 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis treated in Sanshandao Street Community Health Service Center of Laizhou City from February 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the reference group(50 cases)and the study group(50 cases)using the coin toss method.The reference group was treated with Fluconazole Capsules,and the study group was treated with Fluconazole Capsules combined with Kushen Gel.The clinical efficacy,symptom relief time,incidence of adverse reactions,and disease recurrence situation were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The relief time of pruritus vulvae,abnormal leukorrhea,and vulvar burning pain in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The disease recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis with Fluconazole Capsules combined with Kushen Gel can significantly improve the total effective rate of treatment,effectively shorten the symptom relief time,reduce the recurrence rate of disease,and do not increase adverse reactions.
