小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦治疗小儿季节性流感的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦治疗小儿季节性流感的临床效果。方法选取费县人民医院2022年11月至2023年4月收治的105例季节性流感患儿作为研究对象,按照入院接受治疗的先后顺序分为对照组(52例,磷酸奥司他韦治疗)与试验组(53例,小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、临床症状缓解时间及炎症因子水平。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组咽痛消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、退热时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、γ干扰素水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦治疗小儿季节性流感的临床效果显著,可减少不良反应,缩短临床症状缓解时间,降低炎症因子水平,为患儿身心健康提供切实可靠的保障。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules combined with Oseltamivir Phosphate in the treatment of pediatric seasonal influenza.Methods A total of 105 children with seasonal influenza admitted to Fei County People’s Hospital from November 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group(52 cases,treated with Oseltamivir Phosphate)and the experimental group(53 cases,treated with Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules combined with Oseltamivir Phosphate)according to the order of the admission for treatment.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,relief time of clinical symptoms,and the levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of pharyngalgia and cough and antifebrile time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,and interferon-γin the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules combined with Oseltamivir Phosphate in the treatment of pediatric seasonal influenza is remarkable,which can reduce the adverse reactions,shorten the relief time of clinical symptoms,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,and provides practical and reliable guarantee for children’s physical and mental health.
