摘　　要：目的 探讨针对性护理在紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗方案治疗卵巢癌患者中的应用效果。方法 研究时间为2021年1月至2023年6月,选取于淄博市第四人民医院肿瘤一科行紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗方案治疗的116例卵巢癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组58例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用针对性护理,比较两组护理满意度、生活质量评分、负面情绪改善情况。结果 与对照组护理总满意率(84.48%)相比,观察组更高(96.55%)(P<0.05);护理后,两组生活质量评分均升高,且观察组比对照组更高(P<0.05);护理后两组负面情绪评分均降低,观察组比对照组更低(P <0.05)。结论 在紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗方案治疗的卵巢癌患者中应用针对性护理,可提高生活质量、满意度,改善负面情绪。Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in the treatment of ovarian cancer patients with Paclitaxel combined with Cisplatin chemotherapy regimen.Methods The research period was from January 2021 to June 2023,and 116 patients with ovarian cancer who were treated with Paclitaxel combined with Cisplatin chemotherapy in the First Department of Oncology,the Fourth People’s Hospital of Zibo City were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received targeted nursing.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life score,and negative emotion improvement were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group(96.55%)was higher than that of the control group(84.48%)(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of both groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the negative emotion score of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in ovarian cancer patients treated with Paclitaxel combined with Csplatin chemotherapy regimen can improve the quality of life,satisfaction,and negative emotions.
