疼痛控制护理在小儿骨折中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨疼痛控制护理在小儿骨折中的应用效果。方法选取2021年5月至2023年4月于单县中医医院进行手术治疗的50例骨折患儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各25例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用疼痛控制护理。比较两组的生活质量以及疼痛评定结果。结果试验组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前两组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后两组疼痛评分低于护理前,且试验组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿骨折护理期间采用疼痛控制护理的作用显著,镇痛效果突出,能够有效提高患儿的生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of pain control nursing in pediatric fracture.Methods A total of 50 children with fracture who received surgical treatment in Shanxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received usual care and the experimental group received pain control nursing.The quality of life and pain assessment results of the two groups were compared.Results The score of quality of life in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The pain score of the two groups after nursing was lower than that before nursing,and the pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of pain control nursing during pediatric fracture nursing is significant,and the effect of analgesic pain is outstanding,which can effectively improve the quality of life of children.
