术前综合健康教育在子宫脱垂患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨术前综合健康教育在子宫脱垂患者中的应用。方法选取2021年9月至2023年9月镇江市第四人民医院收治的150例子宫脱垂患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(75例)与观察组(75例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用术前综合健康教育。比较两组的负性情绪、健康知识掌握程度、自我效能感、并发症发生率。结果干预后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、自我效能感量表评分均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组健康知识掌握程度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术前综合健康教育应用于子宫脱垂护理中可缓解患者不良情绪,提高自我效能,进而更好地控制及减少并发症,值得参考。Objective To explore the application of preoperative comprehensive health education in patients with uterine prolapse.Methods A total of 150 patients with uterine prolapse admitted to the Fourth People’s Hospital of Zhenjiang City from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(75 cases)and observation group(75 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine care,while the observation group was given preoperative comprehensive health education on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions,health knowledge,self-efficacy,and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale,and general self-efficacy scale were improved in both groups,and the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of health knowledge mastery in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of preoperative comprehensive health education in the nursing of uterine prolapse can alleviate patients’bad emotions,promote the self-efficacy,and then control and reduce complications better,which is worthy of reference.
