摘　　要：信息公开是医院开展现代化管理的重要途径,有利于提高医院工作的透明度、公开性,有效保障公众的知情权、监督权和信息获取权,促进医院各项事业平稳有序地发展。妇幼保健机构以妇女儿童为主要服务对象,和谐的诊疗环境对妇幼保健机构服务水平的提高尤为重要。本文总结南京市妇幼保健院的医院信息公开情况,为进一步提升妇幼保健机构服务质量及患者诊疗体验提供基础。Information disclosure is an important way for hospitals to carry out modern management,which is conducive to improving the transparency and openness of hospital work,effectively protecting the public’s right to know,supervision,and information acquisition,and promoting the smooth and orderly development of various undertakings in hospitals.Women and children’s healthcare institutions mainly serve women and children,and harmonious diagnosis and treatment environment is particularly important to improve the service level of maternal and child health care institutions.This paper summarized the hospital information disclosure of Nanjing Women and Children’s Healthcare Hospital,and provided the basis for further improving the service quality of maternal and child health care institutions and patients’diagnosis and treatment experience.
