摘　　要：论文介绍了一种成组变频道电机绝缘在线监测技术,尤其是漏电选线保护技术,并对实际试点监测和保护试验进行了介绍。本技术适用于低压变频多驱动系统的电机回路绝缘监测和漏电保护,涵盖变频系统漏电信号特征检测技术和特殊算法,漏电保护选线技术,漏电保护相关控制策略及防误机制等关键技术,实现了对成组变频辊道电机绝缘的在线监测和保护功能。This paper introduces the insulation monitoring technique for the inverter roller motor group,especially the new online fault circuit selection leakage current protection technology.And the monitoring and protection test of experimental unit are introduced.This technology is suitable for realization of low frequency multi drive insulation monitoring and leakage current protection system.The key technology covers the leakage signal detection technology and special algorithm,leakage current protection circuit selection and protection technology,control strategy and error prevention mechanism,etc.lt realizes online monitoring and protection function of the inverter roller motor group,and achieves the correct fault circuit selection.
