摘  要:在电力系统设备中,过高的温度可能导致电力设备的损坏和事故发生,因此准确地监测大电流载体特别是连接处的温度至关重要。传统的温度监测方法难以满足对大电流连接处高精度、实时性的要求,本文探索了一种全新的测温途径。该方法基于红外热成像仪的,通过捕捉目标区域的红外辐射图像,实现了单机对多温度点的高分辨率测量。热成像仪具有快速响应和非接触性的特点,为大电流连接处温度监测提供了更为灵活和安全的手段。该方法在不同电流负载下均表现出良好的测温性能,具有较高的准确性和稳定性。基于热成像仪的大电流连接处测温方法可以有效地监测电流连接处的温度分布,提前发现潜在的热问题,为电力系统的安全运行提供了有力的支持。Excessive temperatures can lead to damage and accidents In power system equipments,so monitoring of the temperature of high current carriers,especially at the connection points,is crucial.Traditional temperature monitoring methods are unable to meet the requirements of high precision and real-time performance at high current connections.This article explores a new temperature measuring method,which is based on an infrared thermal imager and achieves high-resolution measurement of multiple temperature points on a single machine by capturing infrared radiation images of the target area.The thermal imager has the characteristics of fast response and non-contact,providing a more flexible and safe means for temperature monitoring at high current connections.This method exhibits good temperature measurement performance under different current loads,with high accuracy and stability.The temperature measurement method at the high current connection based on thermal imaging can effectively monitor the temperature distribution at the current connection,detect potential thermal problems in advance,and provide strong support for the safe operation of thepowersystem.
