摘  要:针对药柱装袋依赖人工操作,存在人机不隔离、有安全隐患等问题,在民用产品自动化包装技术基础上,选择合适的自动化包装设备进行相应技术改造,实现推进剂药柱包装自动化。对比2种自动化包装设备用于推进剂药柱内包装的优缺点,确定改造点,进行相应的技术改造,并通过实际生产验证。应用结果表明:改造后的设备能够成功实现推进剂药柱装袋,各项安全隐患被消除。In view of the problems that the propellant grain bagging relies on manual operation,the man-machine is not isolated,and there are potential safety hazards,on the basis of the automatic packaging technology of civil products,the appropriate automatic packaging equipment is selected to carry out the corresponding technical transformation to realize the automatic packaging of propellant grain.The advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of automatic packaging equipment used for propellant grain inner packaging were compared,the transformation points were determined,the corresponding technical transformation was carried out,and the actual production verification was passed.The application results show that the improved equipment can successfully realize propellant grain bagging,and the potential safety hazards are eliminated.
