摘 要:为了加快提高扦插繁育质量,推动月季产业的发展,本文从品种差异、插穗情况、扦插时期、扦插基质、激素处理和环境因素等多个方面总结分析了月季扦插及生根的影响因素,并从不定根发生的形态解剖学研究、扦插生根的生理生化基础研究和分析生物学研究方面对月季生根机理研究现状进行综述,为月季扦插繁育机理的深入研究提供参考,促进月季扦插繁育技术的发展。研究发现,月季扦插繁育研究主要集中于月季扦插繁殖的内部因素(插穗遗传差异、插穗木质化程度和插穗位置)和外部因素(扦插时期、扦插基质、激素处理、温度和光照),其不定根形成机理有待深入探究和挖掘。随着转录组、蛋白组等多组学研究的不断发展,应加强在分子生物学水平上对月季不定根形成和发育的研究。To accelerate the improvement of cutting propagation quality and promote the development of the Rosa chinensis industry,the influencing factors of Rosa chinensis cutting and rooting were summarized from various aspects including variety differences,cutting material conditions,cutting period,cutting substrate,hormone treatment,and environmental factors.The current research on the rooting mechanism of Rosa chinensis were reviewed from the perspectives of morphological and anatomical studies on adventitious root formation,physiological and biochemical studies on cutting rooting,and analytical biological studies.This provided a reference for further research on the mechanism of Rosa chinensis cutting propagation and offers insights for the development of Rosa chinensis cutting propagation technology.The study found that research on Rosa chinensis cutting propagation mainly focuses on internal factors(genetic differences in cutting material,degree of lignification,and position of cutting material)and external factors(cutting period,cutting substrate,hormone treatment,temperature,and light).However,the mechanism of adventitious root formation requires further exploration and investigation.With the continuous development of multiomics research such as transcriptomics and proteomics,research on the formation and development of adventitious roots in Rosa chinensis at the molecular biology level should be strengthened.
