实验苗圃生产管理现状分析

摘　　要：实验苗圃作为林业科研基地之一,承载着人才培养、科技创新和成果转化等重要任务。为提高实验苗圃生产管理水平,本研究从基础设施和资金投入、科研队伍和研究方向、资源利用和生产管理3个方面对实验苗圃生产管理现状进行分析,提出了以下策略:加强设施维护,优化项目配置;加大资金投入力度,提高使用效益;提高科研水平,充实科研队伍;找准研究方向,转化科研成果;科学规范管理,提高资源利用率。目的在于提高实验苗圃生产的效率和质量,为实验苗圃基地建设、项目管理、科技创新、成果转化和可持续发展提供参考。As a forestry scientific research base,the experimental nursery carries important tasks such as talent training,scientific and technological innovation,and achievement transformation.In order to improve the production management level of experimental nurseries,the current situation of production management of experimental nurseries were analyzed from three aspects:infrastructure and capital investment,scientific research team and research direction,resource utilization and production management.The following suggestions for improvement was putforward:strengthen facility maintenance and optimize project allocation,increased capital investment and improve the efficiency of use;improved the level of scientific research and enrich the scientific research team,identified the research direction and transform the scientific research results,scientifically standardized management and improved resource utilization.The purpose is to improve the efficiency and quality of experimental nursery production,and provide references for the construction of experimental nursery base,project management,scientific and technological innovation,achievement transformation and sustainable development.
