摘 要:乙苯脱氢制苯乙烯工艺过程中,乙苯和苯乙烯的分离由于沸点差小,回流比大,是精馏的过程主要能耗所在,针对文献提出的共沸热回收和双塔精馏两种节能方案,文章采用ASPEN PLUS软件进行两种节能方案的全流程模拟计算,对流程的不同部分和蒸汽、循环水、冷冻水等公用工程消耗进行对比分析,结果表明,共沸热回收方案虽流程较复杂,但节能效果更好,单位综合能耗较双塔精馏方案低约6.5%。In the process of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation to styrene,the separation of ethylbenzene and styrene is the main part of energy consumption in the distillation section due to the small boiling point difference and large reflux ratio.In view of the two energy-saving schemes proposed in the literature including azeotropy heat recovery scheme and dual-tower distillation scheme,this paper uses ASPEN PLUS software to simulate the whole process of these two schemes,for the different parts,comparing and analyzing the process difference,consumption of untility such as steam,cooling water and chilling water,the results show that even azeotropy heat recovery scheme has more complicated process,the energy-saving is better,unit energy consumption of azeotropy heat recovery scheme is about 6.5%lower than of dual-tower scheme.
