摘 要:循环水泵是一种以机械方式实现的流体输送装置,广泛应用于工业生产中循环水的输送、加压、循环和过滤等工作。循环水泵进出口管道上设置柔性装置来吸收沉降是一种较为典型的布置方式,其中以非金属膨胀节或套筒式伸缩节最为常见,但是伸缩节不当设置经常会对装置安全运行产生影响,甚至发生事故。文章针对某石化装置现场循环水泵出口管道伸缩节不当设置发生的问题进行剖析。Circulating pump is a kind of of fluid conveying device realized by mechanical means,which is widely used in industrial production of circulating water transport,pressure,circulation and filtraion work.It is a typical arrangement to set flexible devices on the inlet and outlet pipes of circulating pumps to absorb settlement,among which non-metal expansion joints or telescopic expansion joints are the most common,but the improper setting of expansion joints often affects the safe operation of the device,and even accidents occur.In this paper,the problem of improper setting of outlet pipe expansion joint of circulating water pump in a petrochemical plant is analyzed.
