摘  要:某煤矿工作面末采期间采空区断层附近遗煤量大,工作面停采时间长,推采速度慢,导致采空区遗煤氧化自热,CO快速升高。通过树立“安全第一、快速高效”指导思想,确定“堵漏风、降氧气、消高温、防反复”的总体技术思路,采用“注惰防爆、分区防治、注胶降温、控氧抑温”为主的技术措施,从而有效消除采空区遗煤氧化自热高温隐患,使煤矿工作面能够安全开采,为工作面回撤工作提供安全保障。There is a large amount of coal left near the goaf fault during the final mining of working face in a coal mine,and affected by other coal mine accidents,the stoping time of the working face is long and the pushing mining speed is slow,it leads to oxidation and self heating of residual coal in goaf and rapid increase of CO.By establishing the guiding ideology of “safety first,speed and efficiency”,determine the overall technical idea of “blocking air leakage,reducing oxygen,eliminating high temperature and preventing repetition”,the technical measures of “inert gas injection explosion-proof,zoning prevention,glue injection cooling,oxygen control and temperature suppression” are adopted,so as to effectively eliminate the hidden danger of oxidation autothermal high temperature of residual coal in goaf,so that the working face of a coal mine can be opened safely,provide safety guarantee for the withdrawal of working face.
