摘  要:为了提升驾驶体验,进行高效机械排挡系统在新能源汽车中的应用与优化探索。通过对机械排挡系统的结构和材料进行优化设计,实现车辆的轻量化,提高车辆的性能和经济性。引入智能化控制系统实现车辆与机械排挡系统的智能互联,根据车辆行驶状态快速、准确地换挡,提高驾驶舒适度和车辆的行驶效率。控制噪声和振动,以提供更舒适的驾驶体验。实验结果表明,高效机械排挡系统可以平稳地实现新能源汽车中高低挡的转换,具有应用价值。In order to enhance the driving experience,we will explore the application and optimization of efficient mechanical gear shifting systems in new energy vehicles.By optimizing the structure and materials of the mechanical gear shifting system,the lightweight of the vehicle can be achieved,and the performance and economy of the vehicle can be improved.Introducing intelligent control systems to achieve intelligent interconnection between vehicles and mechanical gear shifting systems,shifting gears quickly and accurately based on the vehicle’s driving status,improving driving comfort and efficiency.Control noise and vibration to provide a more comfortable driving experience.The experimental results have shown that the efficient mechanical gear shifting system can smoothly achieve the conversion of high and low gears in new energy vehicles,and has application value.
