摘 要:为提高航空发动机过盈配合转子连接质量,确保装配后转子配合止口端面完全贴合。本文利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对装配过程进行数值仿真,对过盈配合转子装配过程中的温度场、变形情况及配合止口摩擦力进行计算,分析压紧力与配合止口端面间隙大小的关系,并设计相应试验进行验证。数值计算和试验分析结果表明:转子恢复室温过程中施加轴向压紧力可以有效消除配合止口端面间隙,在压紧力大于配合止口摩擦力的情况下,随着压紧力的增大,转子装配的重复性和质量均有所提高。In order to improve the connection quality of interference fit rotor in aeroengines and ensure that the end faces of the rabbet are completely adhered after assembly,finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to simulate the assembly process.The temperature field,deformation,and frictional force at the rabbet were calculated during the interference-fit rotor assembly process.The relationship between clamping force and clearance at the end faces of the rabbet was analyzed,and experiments were designed to verify the results.The numerical calculation and experimental analysis results show that the clearance at the rabbet end faces can be effectively eliminated by the axial clamping force applied during the rotor recovery to ambient temperature.When the clamping force is greater than the frictional force at the rabbet,with the increase of clamping force,the repeatability and quality of the rotor assembly are improved.
