摘 要:针对某文献提出的新型非接触式螺纹轴封进行优化设计,确定密封齿的相关参数,将螺纹齿型与传统齿型轴封相结合,形成新型组合轴封。根据600MW机组低压缸实际工作环境,利用有限元软件对相同工况下的新型组合轴封和传统齿型轴封的内部流动状况进行仿真分析。分析结果表明:在相同工况下,新型组合轴封的蒸汽漏出量比传统齿型轴封减少约16.05%,空气漏入量减少约24.11%;与相同长度的环形齿段相比,设计的螺纹段在蒸汽侧和空气侧产生的压降分别比原环形齿段增加约25.42%和41.26%。验证了新型螺纹汽封设计的可行性,为汽轮机轴端轴封的改造提供了参考。According to the optimization design of a new type of non-contact spiral shaft seal proposed in a literature,the relevant parameters of the sealing teeth are determined,and the spiral teeth are combined with the comb tooth shaft seal to form a new type of combined shaft seal.According to the actual working environment of the low pressure cylinder of 600MW unit,the finite element software is used to simulate and analyze the internal flow condition of the new combined shaft seal and comb shaft seal under the same working condition.The analysis results show that under the same working conditions,the steam leakage of the new combined shaft seal is about 16.05%less than that of the comb shaft seal,and the air leakage is about 24.11%less than that of the comb shaft seal.Compared with the same length of the comb section,the pressure drop of the steam side and the air side of the modified thread section is 25.42%and 41.26%higher than that of the original comb section,respectively.The feasibility of the new spiral seal design is verified,which provides a reference for the transformation of the shaft end seal of the steam turbine.
