摘 要:研究发现,汽轮机低负荷运行时低压缸存在叶片汽流激振、叶片鼓风、动静碰摩和叶片水蚀等风险。为解决该项技术难题,利用数值验证方法,对不同负荷工况低压缸流场进行气动性能计算,并完成低压缸末级和次末级鼓风加热特性和温度场分布的研究。研究结果表明,低压缸在负荷降低至40%THA时,开始出现分离涡,整个末级叶片近一半区域处于鼓风加热状态;随负荷降低漩流被拉伸变大,至20%THA负荷回流涡几乎堵塞了整个流道,整个末级动叶进入鼓风加热状态。为减少负荷深调时低压缸鼓风损失,需在设计和改造时选择末级短叶片,并在运行过程中尽量降低机组背压。The study found,there are some risks in low-pressure cylinder of steam turbine in low-load operation,such as steam flow excitation,blade blowing,dynamic and static friction,and blade water erosion.To solve this technical problem,in this paper,the numerical verification method is used,the aerodynamic performance of low pressure cylinder under different load conditions was calculated,the characteristics of blast heating and the distribution of temperature field in the last and second last stages of low pressure cylinder are studied.The results of the study,low-pressure cylinder when load is reduced to 40%THA,the vortex of separation begins to appear,nearly half of the last stage blade is in the state of blast heating;As the load decreases,the swirl is stretched,to 20%THA load the reflux vortex nearly blocks the entire flow passage,the entire last stage rotor enters the blast heating state.In order to reduce the pressure cylinder blast loss when the load is deeply adjusted,need to select the last stage short blade in the design and transformation,and in the process of operation to reduce the unit back pressure.
