摘 要:汽缸是汽轮机的重要部件,且具有很高的加工和安装精度,长期运行后常常出现不可恢复的变形,对其安全经济运行带来负面影响。利用有限元方法分析了某俄制核电汽轮机高压缸在各种因素作用下的变形情况,利用激光三维扫描技术对该汽缸静态下的结构和变形进行了测量,并将二者进行了对比研究。结果表明:温度分布是汽缸变形的主要原因,长时间运行后缸体会产生明显的不可逆规律性变形。The cylinder is an important part of the steam turbine,and its processing and installation precision are very high.After long-term operation,it often has irreversible deformation,which has a negative impact on its safe and economical operation.The finite element method is used to analyze the deformation of the high-pressure cylinder of a Russian-made nuclear power steam turbine under various factors.Laser three-dimensional scanning technology is used to measure the structure and deformation of the cylinder in a static state.The finite element results were then compared with the measured results.The results show that the temperature distribution is the main reason for the deformation of the cylinder,and the cylinder body will deform regularly and irreversibly after a long time of operation.
