摘　　要：[研究目的]澳大利亚是标准的中等强国,近年来实施了积极的太空政策改革。考虑到澳大利亚和美国的联盟关系及其太空相互依赖,研究澳大利亚太空政策调整及其影响对于研判中国周边安全环境具有现实意义。[研究方法]系统梳理澳大利亚太空政策的新进展,剖析澳大利亚太空政策调整背后的逻辑,研判澳大利亚太空政策调整的多维影响以及中国和澳大利亚太空合作的前景。[研究结论]澳大利亚近年来的太空政策取得了积极的进展,但是能否取得跨越式、长足性的发展仍值得观察;在中美太空竞争加剧的战略背景下,中国和澳大利亚在太空领域的合作前景不容乐观。[Research purpose]Australia,positioned as a standard middle power,has implemented aggressive space policy reforms in recent years.Considering the alliance between Australia and the United States and their space interdependence,the study of Australia's space policy adjustment and its impact is of practical significance in examining China's neighboring security environment.[Research method]This study systematically summarizes the latest developments in Australia's space policy,analyzes the logic behind its adjustment,and examines the multi-dimensional impacts of the adjustment as well as the prospects for space cooperation between China and Australia.[Research conclusion]Australia's space policy has witnessed positive advancements in recent years,though the potential for achieving transformative leaps and ensuring long-term development remains uncertain.In the strategic context of escalating China-U.S.space competition,the outlook for cooperation between China and Australia in the space sector appears pessimistic.
