摘　　要：为促进经皮机械性血栓清除术(PMT)联合导管接触性溶栓(CDT)患者围手术期护理的标准化和规范化,保障治疗效果,特制订PMT联合CDT患者围手术期护理专家共识。本共识整合国内外文献,结合循证医学证据,遴选静脉血栓栓塞症诊疗和护理管理领域的30余名医疗及护理专家进行2轮专家函询和专家论证会,提取相关的证据质量等级及推荐意见,形成了涵盖3种常用PMT及CDT手术操作步骤和护理配合、围手术期护理策略、防控并发症、护理分级与文书记录等内容,可为制订PMT联合CDT患者实施科学决策提供实践依据。To promote the standardization and normalization of perioperative care of patients undergoing percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy(PMT)combined with catheter-directed thrombolysis(CDT),and to ensure therapeutic efficacy,we have developed an expert consensus on perioperative care for PMT combined with CDT.This consensus integrates domestic and international literature and evidence-based medical data,which was based on two rounds of expert consultation and expert panel discussions among over 30 medical and nursing experts in the field of venous thromboembolism diagnosis,treatment,and nursing management.The quality levels of the relevant evidence and the recommended opinions were extracted,resulting in an expert consensus that covers three commonly used PMT and CDT procedures,nursing cooperation,perioperative nursing strategies,complication prevention and control,nursing classification,and documentation.This consensus provides a practical basis for scientific decision-making in the implementation of PMT combined with CDT.
