摘　　要：目的检索、评价和整合儿童经皮内镜胃造瘘术(PEG)造口皮肤并发症管理的最佳证据。方法系统检索BMJ Best Practice、UpToDate、CINAHL、Cochrane Library、Embase、Medline、NICE、PubMed、Web of Science、澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所(JBI)循证卫生保健中心数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库、中华医学期刊全文数据库、医脉通网站等国内外数据库中关于儿童PEG造口皮肤并发症的相关证据。检索时限均为建库至2023年8月31日。由3名循证护理专业人员对检索文献进行质量评价、证据提取与汇总。结果最终纳入3篇指南、1篇临床决策、2篇专家共识,共6篇文献。从围手术期护理、造口管护理、并发症处理和健康教育4个维度形成了18条证据。结论本研究总结的儿童PEG造口皮肤并发症管理的最佳证据质量高,权威性强,可为临床医护人员提供循证依据,旨在降低儿童PEG造口皮肤并发症发生率,保证患者安全。ObjectiveTo retrieve,evaluate,and integrate the best evidence for the management of skin complications in children with percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy(PEG).MethodsEvidence on skin complications in children with PEG was systematically searched on BMJ Best Practice,UpToDate,CINAHL,Cochrane Library,Embase,Medline,National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence(NICE),PubMed,Web of Science,Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Health Care Center Database in Australia,China Biology Medicine disc,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,WanFang Data,Chinese Medical Journal Full-text Database,Medlive and other domestic and foreign databases.The search period was from database establishment to August 31,2023.Three evidence-based nursing professionals conducted quality evaluation,evidence extraction,and summarization of retrieved literature.ResultsA total of six articles were included,including three guidelines,one clinical decision and two expert consensus.Eighteen pieces of evidence were formed from four aspects of perioperative nursing,ostomy tube nursing,complication management,and health education.ConclusionsThe best evidence for management of skin complications in children with PEG summarized is of high quality and strong authority,which can provide evidence-based support for medical and nursing staff,aiming to reduce the incidence of skin complications in children with PEG and ensure patient safety.
