摘 要:根腐病是一种危害作物根部和严重制约农业经济发展的世界性病害.基于VOSviewer软件,以Web of Science收录的1982-2022年间相关文献为数据源,综述根腐病的发生、防治和研究态势,总结根腐病的宿主、病原微生物、致病因素、生防菌研究情况以及研究力量分布、研究热点和趋势.相关研究发文量总体呈上升趋势,美国、中国、澳大利亚、印度是最为活跃和最具影响力的国家;重点关注的是大豆、小麦、番茄等重要粮食和蔬菜作物,其中豆科植物最易被侵染,镰孢菌(Fusarium)、丝核菌(Rhizoctonia)、疫霉菌(Phytophthora)、腐霉菌(Pythium)最具破坏性和最普遍存在;根腐病的发生受土壤环境条件、宿主植物、农业管理措施、气候等多种因素影响,各因素之间存在的协同作用是危害严重、防治困难的重要因素;报道的生防菌主要以芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)、木霉菌(Trichoderma)、假单胞杆菌(Pseudomonas)为主.病原微生物的分离鉴定、生防菌的定殖、植物病害胁迫的抗性反应以及根腐病的田间管理一直是根腐病研究领域的热点内容;利用表型组学、基因组学、转录组学、高通量基因型分型和新一代测序技术在分子层面探究根腐病的致病机制、识别与病原体抗性或易感性有关的基因、培育抗性品种、开发并提高生物防治效果,是目前和未来该研究领域重点关注的内容.Root rot is a disease that affects the roots of crops worldwide and is a serious constraint on agricultural economy development.This study reviewed the occurrence,control,and research trends of root rot from literature between 1982 to 2022 collected from the Web of Science using VOSviewer software.Host plants,pathogenic microorganisms,pathogenic factors,biocontrol agents,distribution of research power,research hotspots,and trends in root rot disease were summarized.Overall,the number of root rot-related research publications is increasing,with the United States,China,Australia,and India among the most active and influential countries in this subject area.In terms of research content among many host plants and pathogenic microbes,important grain and vegetable crops such as wheat,soybean and tomato have been widely studied,with legumes the most susceptible class of plants,and Fusarium,Rhizoctonia,Phytophthora,Pythium the most destructive and prevalent pathogenic microbes.The occurrence of root rot disease is affected by soil environmental conditions,host plants,agricultural management measures,climate and other factors,and there is a synergistic effect among all factors,which is an important factor for the serious harm of root rot disease and the difficulty of control.Bacillus,Trichoderma,and Pseudomonas are the main microorganisms that control root rot.Analysis of high-frequency keywords showed that the isolation and identification of pathogenic microorganisms,colonization of biocontrol bacteria,resistance to plant disease stress,and management of root rot have been hot topics in the field of root rot research.The emergence time of keywords indicates that the current and future focus of this research area is to explore the pathogenic mechanism of root rot at the molecular level,identify genes associated with pathogen resistance or susceptibility and breeding resistant varieties,and develop and improve biological control using phenomics,genomics,transcriptomics,high-throughput genotyping,and next-generation sequenc
