基于CiteSpace护理经济效力研究热点及发展趋势的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的从国际视角探讨护理经济效力的研究热点及发展脉络,为重塑公众观念,改进对护理的战略投资,以增进护理学科的经济及社会效益提供参考。方法检索并分析PubMed建库至2024年3月16日收录的护理经济效力相关文献,应用CiteSpace进行分析,剖析护理经济效力研究的前沿热点及发展趋势。结果共纳入1630篇护理经济效力相关文献,年度发文量呈先缓慢后快速的增长趋势;发达国家间合作较多;机构合作网络相对分散;作者间合作密切;研究热点主要集中在生活质量、卫生经济、基础保健、经济评价,研究场所以养老院为核心。护理经济效力研究形成9个主题聚类,代表了国内公立医院高质量发展的9个热点。突变词图谱显示,护理经济效力研究呈现由基础服务、患者安全到成本效益演变的特征。结论护理经济效力领域的研究热点从传统的健康服务组织与管理逐步向老龄化、人文性方向发展,呈现出与护理学科发展历程一致的演变路径,智慧化是未来新方向,以机器学习等为手段通过护理经济效力促进人类健康进而驱动经济健康发展。Objective To explore the research hotspots and development context of nursing economic effectiveness from an internation⁃al perspective,and to provide reference for reshaping public concepts,improving strategic investment in nursing,and enhancing the economic and social benefits of nursing.Methods Literature related to nursing economic effectiveness included in PubMed database from the establish⁃ment of the database to April 16,2024 was retrieved and analyzed.CiteSpace was used to analyze the frontier hotspots and development trends of nursing economic effectiveness research.Results A total of 1630 articles related to nursing economic effectiveness were included,and the annual number of articles showed a slow and then rapid growth trend.There was more cooperation between developed countries.However,the institutional cooperation network was relatively scattered.There was close cooperation among the authors.Research hotspots mainly focused on quality of life,health economy,basic health care,and economic evaluation,with nursing homes as the core research sites.The research on the economic effectiveness of nursing had formed 9 thematic clusters,representing 9 hotspots of high-quality development of public hospitals in China.The mutational word map showed that the research on the economic effectiveness of nursing present the characteristics of evolution from basic services,patient safety to cost-effectiveness.Conclusion The research hotspots in the field of nursing economic effectiveness have gradually developed from the traditional health service organization and management to the direction of aging and humanity,showing an evolu⁃tion path consistent with the development of nursing disciplines.Intelligence is a new direction in the future.Machine learning and other means are used to promote human health through nursing economic effectiveness and drive the healthy development of economy.
