运营视角下的长春东天街历史文化街区院落空间研究

摘　　要：长春市东天街历史文化街区遵循“修旧如旧、建新如故”的原则,历时两年多时间完成修缮和建设。目前项目正在以“长春1800”为主题进行商业化运营策划的一体化推进,深入挖掘与打造街区文化与IP。为了优化街区空间品质提升后期运营效果,本文从运营视角入手,从院落空间、街区主题、消费场景及文脉续写四个方面提出东天街空间优化策略。整体运营策略将推动东天街历史文化街区文化与经济的双赢发展,并为该历史文化街区的空间营造提供借鉴和参考。Following the principle of“repairing the old as the old and building the new as the old”,the Dongtian Street historical and cultural block of Changchun has completed the renovation and construction in more than two years.Currently,the project is taking“Changchun 1800”as the themed to promote the integration of commercial operation planning,combined with in-depth exploration and development of street culture and IP.In order to optimize the district space quality and improve the later operation effect,this paper starts from the perspective of operation and puts forward the spatial optimization strategy of Dongtian Street from four aspects:courtyard space,block theme,consumption scene and context continuation.The overall operation strategy will promote the win-win development of culture and economy of Dongtian Street historical and cultural district,and provide reference for the space construction of this historical and cultural district.
