寒地群体商业建筑气候适应性策略探讨

摘　　要：在严寒地区,气候条件对人们的出行产生了不利影响,尤其是在冬季。因此,群体商业建筑的外环境是人们主要活动的场所。本文以寒地某小镇群体商业建筑空间为研究对象,探讨了建筑空间与气候之间的关联,并分析了寒地气候对商业建筑外部空间的影响。综合提出适合寒地环境优化策略:在建筑布局上应充分考虑围合封式布局,采用保暖性能较好的建筑材料,并合理地布置景观和设施,以此提升群体商业空间活力。In cold regions,climate conditions have a negative impact on people’s travel,especially in winter.Therefore,the external environment of group commercial buildings is the main place of people’s activities.This paper takes the commercial building space of a small town in the cold region as the research object,discusses the correlation between building space and climate,analyzes the impact of the cold region climate on the external space of commercial buildings.The comprehensively proposes the optimization strategy suitable for the cold region environment:the enclosing and closed building layout should be fully consideved in the building layont,the building materials with good thermal performace should be used,and the landscape and facilities should be reasonably arranged,so as to enhance the vitality of the group commercial space.
