摘 要:为研究注浆材料在中砂介质中的扩散效果,设计了一套中砂介质注浆系统,选用普通硅酸盐42.5R水泥(OPC)、水泥-水玻璃双浆液(C-S)、粉煤灰水泥(FPC)以及早强剂水泥浆液(ESAPC),进行了注浆扩散试验。测量得出浆液最大扩散半径和注浆量,并系统讨论不同水灰比、水玻璃波美度、注浆压力半径以及粉煤灰含量对浆液扩散的影响规律。研究结果表明:中砂介质中,水灰比越大,OPC浆液的扩散效果越显著;OPC浆液的扩散性能不如同等水灰比的FPC浆液,中砂介质中浆脉扩散半径随粉煤灰占比的提高而增大;相同工况下OPC浆液与ESAPC浆液扩散半径几近相等;水泥-水玻璃双浆液的扩散效果远不如OPC浆液;水灰比可以显著影响浆液的扩散距离和注浆量;注浆压力对浆液的扩散半径及注浆量的影响不大。In order to study the diffusion effect of grouting materials in medium sand medium,a grouting system was designed,ordinary silicate 42.5R cement(OPC),cement-water glass double grout(C-S),fly ash cement(FPC)and early strength cement slurry(ESAPC)were selected to carry out the grouting diffusion test.The maximum diffusion radius and grouting amount of grout were measured,and the influence of different water-cement ratio,water glass baume degree,grouting pressure radius and fly ash content on grout diffusion was systematically discussed.The results show that the diffusion effect of OPC grout in medium sand is more obvious with the increase of water-cement ratio.The diffusibility of OPC grout is different from that of FPC grout with water-cement ratio,and the diffusibility of slurry veins in medium sand medium increases with the proportion of fly ash.Under the same working condition,the diffusion radius of OPC and ESAPC grout is almost equal.The diffusion effect of cement-water glass double grout is much lower than that of OPC grout.The water-cement ratio can significantly affect the diffusion distance of slurry and the amount of grouting.The grouting pressure has little effect on the diffusion radius and grouting quantity of the slurry.
