摘 要:《有机肥料》(NY/T 525—2021)增加了腐熟度要求,并间接以种子发芽指数评价,操作仍不够直接。探究基于荧光光谱分析的有机肥料腐熟度表征方法,以期为实现更直接的评估提供参考。供试9种有机肥料提取出的可溶性有机物(DOM)的荧光光谱分析表明,动物源有机肥料中腐殖质含量普遍比植物源有机肥料的腐殖质含量低,但腐殖化程度更高。DOM的三维荧光光谱(3DEEM)结合FRI和PARAFAC分析可成功表征有机肥料的腐殖化程度,通过DOM的荧光光谱分析定量表征有机肥料的腐殖化程度可为其品质判定提供直接依据。“Organic Fertilizer”(NY/T 525—2021)enhances the maturity criterion and indirectly assesses it through the seed germination index;however,a more direct approach is still warranted for improved operational efficiency.The objec⁃tive of this study was to investigate a more direct approach for evaluating the maturity of decay in organic fertilizer by emplo⁃ying fluorescence spectroscopy analysis.Through the examination of soluble organic matter(DOM)extracted from nine dis⁃tinct types of organic fertilizers,the fluorescence spectroscopy analysis revealed that animal⁃derived organic fertilizers gen⁃erally exhibited lower humus content compared to plant⁃derived ones,yet demonstrated some level of humification.The uti⁃lization of three⁃dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy of DOM(3DEEM)combined with FRI and PARAFAC analysis ef⁃fectively characterized the extent of humification in organic fertilizers.Furthermore,the fluorescence spectroscopy analysis enabled a quantitative assessment of the degree of humification in these fertilizers,thereby establishing a direct basis for e⁃valuating their quality.
