居住安排对农村女性生育选择的影响——基于生育二维视角

摘　　要：农村人口问题是实现乡村振兴的关键。基于CFPS的数据,采用工具变量法研究居住安排对农村育龄女性生育意愿和生育行为的影响,探讨不同特征人群的异质性及其中的影响机制。实证结果发现,与父母同住的居住安排模式会提高农村女性的生育意愿,显著促进其生育行为。该影响在是否有工作和父母不同年龄段的样本间存在差异。进一步的机制分析表明,与父母同住的居住安排通过增加农村女性家务支持、经济支持的可得性和观念代际传递等方式影响其生育选择。由此,提出为同住老人提供补助、完善农村地区医疗与日托服务和加强性别平等教育等建议,以构建生育友好型环境,提振农村女性生育信心,缓解农村地区生育率下降的情况。The issue of rural population is a key to rural revitalization.Based on data from the China Family Panel Studies(CFPS),this study employs the instrumental variable method to investigate the impact of living arrangements on the fertility intentions and fertility behavior of rural women of childbearing age,and explores the heterogeneity of different population groups and the underlying mechanisms.Empirical results indicate that living with parents increases the fertility intentions of rural women and significantly promotes their fertility behavior.This influence varies across samples based on employment status and the age of parents.Further mechanism analysis demonstrates that living with parents affects the fertility choices of rural women by increasing the accessibility of household and economic support,as well as intergenerational transmission of values.Consequently,suggestions aiming to create a fertilityfriendly environment including providing subsidies for cohabiting elderly individuals,enhancing medical and daycare services in rural areas and strengthening gender equality education can boost the confidence of rural women in childbirth and alleviate the declining fertility rates in rural areas.
