光伏层压件湿热环境户外实证试验研究

摘  要:在海南湿热自然环境试验场,开展光伏层压件为期一年的湿热自然环境户外实证研究。在实证前后分别对层压件进行了黄色指数测试、剥离强度测试、红外分析、热失重分析等,通过对收集的以上数据进行对比分析,结果发现层压件在自然暴晒的作用下,发生一定程度的老化,导致其剥离性能下降,但并未产生明显的小分子降解产物。Through a one-year outdoor empirical study in the wet and hot natural environment test field in Hainan,photovoltaic laminated components were investigated.Yellowing index tests,peel strength tests,infrared analysis,thermal weight loss analysis,etc.,were conducted before and after the empirical study.By comparing and analyzing the collected data,it was found that the laminated components experienced a certain degree of aging under natural sunlight exposure,leading to a decrease in peel performance,but no significant production of small molecule degradation products was observed.
