摘 要:通信技术的发展有助于提高信息资源的共享性,通信系统的稳定性直接影响信息资源传递的效率。作为通信系统中的重要组成部分,射频组件使用材料多、内结构复杂、封装密度大,机械应力对其影响很大。本文利用有限元分析方法在机械冲击载荷作用下对射频组件进行模拟仿真,直观地展现组件的应力分布,并根据应力分布结果来判断组件本身所能承受的强度极限。最后通过实际试验验证的方式,表明该仿真模型的合理性,对后续射频组件可靠性研究具有一定的指导意义。The development of communication technology helps to improve the sharing of information resources,and the stability of communication system directly affects the efficiency of information resource transmission.As an important part of the communication system,the RF component uses many materials,has complex internal structure and high packing density,so the mechanical stress has great influence on it.In this paper,finite element analysis is used to simulate the component under mechanical impact load,and the stress distribution of the component is visually displayed,and the strength limit of the component itself can be judged according to the stress distribution results.Finally,the rationality of the simulation model is verified by the actual test,which has a certain guiding significance for the reliability research of RF component.
