摘　　要：随着乡村振兴战略的深入实施,农业、农村、农民问题被赋予了新的时代内涵,畜牧业作为农业的重要组成部分,其健康发展对于促进农村经济增长、增加农民收入、改善农村生态环境具有重要意义。在这一背景下,培养一批懂技术、会经营、善管理的畜牧业创新创业人才,成为推动畜牧业高质量发展、助力乡村振兴的关键所在。对此,本文通过阐述乡村振兴战略背景下畜牧专业创业型人才培养模式的现状,分析乡村振兴战略背景下畜牧专业创业性人才培养的意义,进而探究乡村振兴对畜牧业复合型技术技能人才培养的要求,以期为乡村振兴战略的深入实施提供坚实的人才支撑。With the deepening implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,agriculture,rural areas,and farmers'issues have been given new connotations of the times.As an important component of agriculture,the healthy development of animal husbandry is of great sig-nificance for promoting rural economic growth,increasing farmers'income,and improving the rural ecological environment.In this context,cultivating a group of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the animal husbandry industry who understand technology,know how to oper-ate,and are good at management has become the key to promoting high-quality development of animal husbandry and assisting rural revital-ization.In this regard,this article elaborates on the current situation of the cultivation mode of entrepreneurial talents in animal husbandry under the background of rural revitalization strategy,analyzes the significance of cultivating entrepreneurial talents in animal husbandry under the background of rural revitalization strategy,and explores the requirements of rural revitalization for the cultivation of compound technical and skilled talents in animal husbandry,in order to provide solid talent support for the in-depth implementation of rural revitaliza-tion strategy.
