尿路菌群在女性急性单纯性和反复发作性下尿路感染特征

摘　　要：本研究的目的观察尿路菌群在急性单纯性和反复发作性下尿路感染的不同特征。纳入于2023年6月至2023年12月在昆明医科大学第二附属医院就诊的单纯下尿路感染女性患者66例,分为急性组33例和反复组33例,收集尿液标本进行尿培养,并采用16s核糖体核糖核酸二代测序检测尿液中菌群。研究结果表明,急性单纯性下尿路感染女性患者的尿液中菌群多样性较低,以革兰阴性菌为主,其中以大肠埃希菌和粪肠球菌居多;而反复发作性下尿路感染女性患者的尿液中菌群多样性较高,包括革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌,其中以葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和葡萄球菌为主。此外,急性组和反复组在菌群丰度和结构上也存在差异。因此,尿路菌群在急性单纯性和反复发作性下尿路感染中具有不同的特征,这为临床诊断和治疗提供了新的思路。The purpose of this study is to observe the different characteristics of urinary tract microbiota in acute simple and recurrent lower urinary tract infections.66 female patients with simple lower urinary tract infections who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from June 2023 to December 2023 were divided into an acute group of 33 cases and a recurrent group of 33 cases.Urine samples were collected for urine culture,and 16s ribosomal ribonucleic acid second-generation sequencing was used to detect the bacterial community in urine.The research results indicate that female patients with acute simple lower urinary tract infection have lower diversity of bacterial communities in their urine,mainly Gram negative bacteria,with Escherichia coli and Enterococcus faecalis being the most common;Female patients with recurrent lower urinary tract infections have a higher diversity of bacterial communities in their urine,including Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria,with Staphylococcus,Escherichia coli,and Staphylococcus being the main types.In addition,there are differences in bacterial abundance and structure between the acute group and the recurrent group.Therefore,the urinary tract microbiota has different characteristics in acute simple and recurrent lower urinary tract infections,which provides new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
