层级管理模式在妇科病房36例患者护理管理中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的目的探讨层级管理模式在妇科病房36例患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法方法将36例患者随机分为层级管理模式组与传统管理模式组两组,通过比较两组在出错率、工作效率、患者满意率以及药品正确使用认知方面的差异,评估其对护理质量和效率的影响。结果结果层级管理模式在提升护理工作效率、减少出错率和提高患者满意度方面表现优于传统管理模式组,同时有效促进了药品正确使用的认知。结论结论层级管理模式在妇科病房护理管理显著提升了护理工作的质量和效率,具有良好的应用前景和推广价值。Objective To explore the application effect of hierarchical management mode in the nursing management of 36 patients in gyne-cological ward.Methods 36 patients were randomly divided into two groups:the hierarchical management mode group and the traditional management mode group.The differences in the error rate,work efficiency,patient satisfaction rate and the cognition of the correct use of drugs between the two groups were compared to evaluate their impact on the quality and efficiency of nursing.Results The hierarchical management mode performed better than the traditional management mode group in improving the efficiency of nursing work,reducing the error rate and improving patient satisfaction,and effectively promoted the cognition of the correct use of drugs.Conclusion The hierarchi-cal management mode in the nursing management of gynecological ward significantly improves the quality and efficiency of nursing work,and has a good application prospect and promotion value.
