摘　　要：2型糖尿病患者的并发症风险感知水平可对患者的疾病进展以及血糖水平的自我管理等结局产生重要影响。本文从2型糖尿病患者并发症风险感知的相关概念、现状、评估工具、影响因素及应对策略等方面进行综述,旨在为糖尿病患者健康行为方式的促进提供参考,为未来针对2型糖尿病患者制定更有针对性的干预措施提供依据。The level of risk perception of complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus have important effect on the disease progression and the self-management of blood glucose levels of patients.This article reviews the related concepts,status quo,assessment tools,influencing factors and coping strategies of the risk perception of complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,aiming to provide reference for the promotion of health behavior of diabetes patients and provide basis for more targeted interventions for type 2 diabetes patients in the future.
