摘 要:为了分析大型汽车滚装船Racking变形的影响要素,以某7000车滚装船为对象,分析Racking变形的分布规律。通过设计3种不同位置的梯道围壁结构,比较不同长度和宽度的围壁对Racking变形的影响。以甲板横梁和舷侧肋骨主要尺寸为参数,分析其对Racking变形的影响,并分析Racking变形和疲劳损伤之间的关系。结果表明:对Racking变形影响最大的是梯道围壁,其位置选取非常关键,变形值与围壁的长度和宽度基本是线性相关;甲板横梁的尺寸对Racking变形也有明显影响,舷侧肋骨的影响相对较小;疲劳累积损伤与Racking变形直接相关。分析结果对控制大型汽车滚装船的Racking变形和提高疲劳强度有指导和参考作用。In order to analyze the factors affecting the Racking deformation of large pure car and truck carrier(PCTC),the distribution trend of Racking deformation of a 7000 units PCTC ship is analyzed.The influence of different lengths and widths on Racking deformation is compared by designing three different positions of stairway wall structures.Taking the main dimensions of deck beam and side frame as parameters,the influence on Racking deformation and the relationship between Racking deformation and fatigue damage are analyzed.The results show that the greatest influence on Racking deformation is the wall of the stairway,and its location is very important.The deformation value is basically linearly related to the length and width of the wall.The size of deck beam also has obvious influence on Racking deformation,but the influence of side frame is relatively small.Fatigue cumulative damage is directly related to Racking deformation.The results can be used as guidance and reference for controlling Racking deformation and improving fatigue strength of large PCTC.
