摘  要:目的探讨自体组织覆盖补片腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术预防食管裂孔疝补片相关并发症的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2020年11月至2021年10月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院微创、疝和腹壁外科完成的21例自体组织覆盖补片腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术患者的临床资料。结果21例患者顺利完成自体组织覆盖补片腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术。无中转开腹或开胸手术。手术时间90~180(137.1±26.1)min,术中出血量10~30(20.5±8.1)ml,术后住院时间3~11(5.7±2.5)d。21例患者中20例获得随访。随访16~26(23.0±2.6)个月,均未发现补片侵蚀、补片移位等并发症,未发现疝复发。结论自体组织覆盖补片腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术可减少补片侵蚀、补片移位等补片相关并发症的发生,安全可行。ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical result of laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair with autologous tissue-covered mesh.MethodsThe clinical data of 21 patients who underwent laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair with autologous tissue-covered mesh at Department of Minimally Invasive,Hernia and Abdominal Wall Surgery,People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region from Nov 2020 to Oct 2021 was retrospectively analyzed.ResultsAll the 21 patients underwent the surgery successfully by laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair with autologous tissue-covered mesh.There was no convertion to open operation.The mean operation time was(137.1±26.1)minutes.The mean intraoperative blood loss was(20.5±8.1)ml.The length of postoperative hospital stay was(5.7±2.5)days.Of all the 21 patients,there were 20 patients followed up for 16 to 26 months,and the mean follow-up time was(23.0±2.6)months.There were no mesh erosion,no mesh migration nor hernia recurrence occurred.ConclusionLaparoscopic hiatal hernia repair with autologous tissue-covered mesh is safe and feasible,it can reduce mesh related complications such as mesh erosion,mesh migration.
