摘 要:随着全球人口老龄化加剧,神经退行性疾病发病率逐年上升,严重影响老年患者的生活质量,给社会带来沉重负担。甘草次酸是中药甘草的主要活性成分之一,具有抑制神经炎症、保护神经元等作用,对于甘草次酸及其衍生物在神经退行性疾病中的作用机制研究日益增多。本研究综述了甘草次酸及其衍生物在阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、肌萎缩性脊髓侧索硬化症、多发性硬化和小脑萎缩的作用及其机制的研究,并对其未来在神经退行性疾病中的应用进行讨论与展望。The annual incidence of neurodegenerative disease has been increasing with the aging of the global population,seriously affecting the quality of life of elderly patients and imposing a heavy burden on society.Glycyrrhetinic acid,which inhibits neuroinflammation and protects neurons,is one of the main active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine Glycyrrhiza glabra.Increasing numbers of studies are focusing on the mechanism of action of glycyrrhetinic acid and its derivatives in neurodegenerative disease.This review summarizes studies on the effects and mechanisms of action of glycyrrhetinic acid and its derivatives in Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease,amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,multiple sclerosis,and cerebellar atrophy.Additionally,the future applications of glycyrrhetinic acid and its derivatives in neurodegenerative disorders are discussed.
