摘  要:牛、羊和鹿资源是人类的宝贵财富,不仅能够为人类提供丰富的肉奶等产品,而且在医药、科学研究等方面有着无可替代的价值,但这些遗传资源正在丢失并且部分品种已经濒危甚至灭绝。探究其遗传多样性和起源可全面的了解群体现状、遗传变异和分化以及明确祖先类型和迁徙路线,并提出科学的保种选育方案,为遗传资源保护提供科学依据。本文综述了牛、羊和鹿科动物的遗传多样性的研究方法以及父系、母系起源的研究进展,为保护种质资源和濒危物种以及遗传资源的开发利用提供参考依据。Cattle,sheep and cervidae resources are precious wealth of mankind,they can not only provide mankind with rich products such as meat and milk,but also have irreplaceable value in medicine and scientific research.However,these genetic resources are being lost and some varieties have become endangered or even extinct.Acomprehensive understanding of the population status,genetic variation,and differentiation as well as the identification of ancestral types and migration routes can be achieved through the exploration of their genetic diversity and origin.Scientific conservation and breeding programs can be proposed to provide a scientific basis for the protection of genetic resources.In this study,the research methods of genetic diversity of cattle,sheep and cervidae and the research progress of paternal and maternal origins were reviewed,which provided a reference for the protection of germplasmresources and endangered species and the development and utilization of genetic resources.
