摘　　要：目的探讨消毒供应室硬式内镜管理中运用医疗失效模式与效应分析(HFMEA)模式管理的临床价值。方法选取2023年1—12月龙南市第一人民医院腹腔镜下手术涉及的700套硬式内镜器械作为研究对象,其中2023年1—6月作为对照组,2023年7—12月作为观察组,每组350套。对照组实施传统管理,观察组实施HFMEA模式管理,比较两组硬式内镜器械损坏率、管理质量、器械使用异常发生情况、内镜室人员专业技能与知识考核得分。结果观察组硬式内镜器械损伤发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组设备准时维护、器械消毒灭菌质量、包装合格及维修积极率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组器械使用异常发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组保养知识、手术前后设备损耗检查方法、消毒清洗方式、规范化使用和调适方式、工作原理、内镜构造评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HFMAE模式管理运用于消毒供应室硬式内镜管理中,不仅可降低器械损坏率,还能减少设备故障与缺陷,提高清洗灭菌质量与管理质量,从而确保临床手术的安全性。Objective To explore the clinical value of healthcare failure mode and effect analysis(HFMEA)model in the management of hard endoscopy in disinfection supply room.Methods A total of 700 sets of hard endoscopy instruments involved in laparoscopic surgery in Longnan First People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,including the control group from January to June 2023 and the observation group from July to December 2023,with 350 sets in each group.The control group implemented traditional management,while the observation group implemented HFMEA mode management.The damage rate,management quality,abnormal use of instruments,professional skills and knowledge scores were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of endoscopy instrument injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rates of timely equipment maintenance,instrument disinfection and sterilization quality,qualified packaging,and maintenance enthusiasm in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of abnormal use of instruments in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The maintenance knowledge,equipment wear in-spection method before and after operation,disinfection and cleaning method,standardized use and adjustment method,working principle,endoscop-ic structure score and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of HFMAE mode management in the management of rigid endoscopes in disinfection supply rooms can not only reduce the rate of instrument damage,but also reduce equipment failures and defects,improve the quality of cleaning and sterilization,and man-agement,thereby ensuring the safety of clinical surgery.
