超声多模态评分在复发性流产患者子宫内膜容受性及复方玄驹胶囊辅助治疗效果评估中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声多模态评分在复发性流产(RSA)患者子宫内膜容受性及复方玄驹胶囊辅助治疗效果评估中的应用价值。方法选取2021年10月至2023年3月就诊于鹰潭市妇幼保健院的60例RSA患者作为研究组,选择同期于本院生育且无自然流产病史的60例女性作为对照组,所有研究对象均接受超声多模态检查,研究组给予复方玄驹胶囊治疗。比较两组子宫内膜超声指标及超声多模态评分。比较研究组治疗前、后子宫内膜超声指标及评分。结果研究组内膜厚度薄于对照组,内膜体积小于对照组,血管血流指数、子宫内膜超声多模态评分均低于对照组,内膜类型、内膜运动、内膜及内膜下血流分布均差于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后内膜厚度厚于治疗前,内膜体积大于治疗前,血管血流指数、子宫内膜超声多模态评分均高于治疗前,内膜类型、内膜运动、内膜及内膜下血流分布均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声多模态评分可全面客观的反映RSA患者子宫内膜容受性及其治疗前后子宫内膜容受性差异,帮助患者改善预后。Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound multimodal scoring in endometrial receptivity and evaluation of the efficacy of compound Xuanju capsule adjuvant therapy in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods 60 patients with RSA who visited Yingtan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study group,60 women who gave birth in our hospital during the same period and had no history of spontaneous abortion were selected as the control group.All study subjects underwent ultra-sound multimodal examination,and the study group was treated with compound Xuanju capsules.The endometrial ultrasound indicators and ultra-sound multimodal scores were compared between the two groups.And the endometrial ultrasound indicators and scores were compared in the study group before and after treatment.Results The endometrial thickness of the study group was thinner than that in the control group,the endometrial volume was smaller than that in the control group,and the vascular blood flow index and endometrial ultrasound multimodal score were lower than those in the control group,the endometrial type,endometrial movement,and distribution of endometrial and subendometrial blood flow were worse than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the thickness of the endometri-um in the study group was thicker than before treatment,the volume of the endometrium was greater than before treatment,the vascular blood flow index and endometrial ultrasound multimodal score were higher than before treatment,the endometrial type,endometrial movement,and dis-tribution of blood flow in the endometrium and subendometrium were better than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound multimodal scoring can comprehensively and objectively reflect the endometrial receptivity of RSA patients and the differences in endometrial receptivity before and after treatment,helping
