前列地尔联合银杏叶提取物注射液治疗耳源性眩晕的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评估联合应用前列地尔和银杏叶提取物注射液在治疗耳源性眩晕上的效果。方法随机选取2022年5月—2023年12月单县东大医院治疗的120例耳源性眩晕患者为研究对象,利用随机数表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。研究组接受前列地尔与银杏叶提取物的联合治疗,对照组仅使用银杏叶提取物。比较两组患者治疗效果、前庭症状指数(Vestibular Symptom Index,VSI)、眩晕障碍量表(Dizziness Handicap Inventory,DHI)和耳鸣致残评定量表(Tinnitus Handicap Inventory,THI)的得分。结果研究组治疗总有效率(98.33%)显著优于对照组(86.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.324,P=0.038)。治疗后,研究组在VSI、DHI和THI评分上均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论前列地尔与银杏叶提取物注射液的联合使用对治疗耳源性眩晕具有显著效果,改善内耳循环,显著缓解相关症状。Objective To evaluate the effect of combined application of alprostadil and ginkgo biloba extract injection in the treatment of otogenic vertigo.Methods A total of 120 patients with otogenic vertigo treated in Dongda Hospital of Shanxian County from May 2022 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects,and they were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The study group was treated with alprostadil combined with ginkgo biloba extract,while the control group was treated with ginkgo biloba extract only.The treatment effect,Vestibular Symptom Index(VSI),Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI)and Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI)scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effec-tive rate of treatment in the study group(98.33%)was significantly better than that in the control group(86.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.324,P=0.038).After treatment,the scores of VSI,DHI and THI in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of alprostadil and ginkgo biloba extract injection has significant ef-fect on the treatment of otogenic vertigo and has clinical application value.
