低剂量阿司匹林联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究妊娠期高血压实施低剂量阿司匹林联合硝苯地平治疗的效果。方法便利选取2020年2月—2024年2月娄底市第一人民医院收治的92例妊娠期高血压患者作为研究对象,经入院顺序分为参考组与探究组,各46例。参考组采用硝苯地平,探究组加用低剂量阿司匹林,对比两组的凝血指标、血压指标、血管内皮功能和不良妊娠结局。结果治疗后,探究组的凝血指标优于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);探究组的舒张压、收缩压低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);探究组一氧化氮水平高于参考组,内皮缩血管肽-1水平低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组不良妊娠结局发生率为4.35%,低于参考组的19.57%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.060,P<0.05)。结论低剂量阿司匹林对凝血功能的调节效果好,能恢复血管内皮状态,使妊娠期高血压患者的血压趋于稳定,预防各类不良结局。Objective To explore the effect of low-dose aspirin combined with nifedipine treatment on hypertension of pregnancy.Methods A total of 92 patients with hypertension of pregnancy admitted to Loudi First People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2024 were conveniently selected as the research objects.They were divided into refer-ence group and inquiry group according to the order of admission,with 46 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with nifedipine,and the inquiry group was added low-dose aspirin.The coagulation indexes,blood pres-sure indexes,vascular endothelial function and adverse pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the coagulation index of the inquiry group was better than that of the reference group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in inquiry group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The level of ni-tric oxide in the inquiry group was higher than that in the reference group,and the level of endothelin-1 was lower than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was 4.35%,which was lower than 19.57%in the reference group,the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.060,P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose aspirin has a good regulatory effect on co-agulation function,can also restore endothelial status,stabilize blood pressure in patients with hypertension of preg-nancy,and prevent various adverse outcomes.
