摘　　要：目的探究对行消化内镜诊疗的患者实施无缝隙护理管理模式后的应用效果。方法简单随机选取2021年12月—2023年12月在济宁市兖州区人民医院(济宁市第三人民医院)行消化内镜诊疗的100例患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(采取常规护理管理干预模式,50例)与观察组(采取常规加无缝隙护理管理模式,50例)。比较两组的疼痛状态、心理状态、护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的焦虑和抑郁评分分别为(45.23±4.27)分、(44.38±4.27)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组的护理总满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05)。结论实施无缝隙护理管理模式,有助于缓解疼痛,改善患者负面情绪,提升患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of seamless nursing management mode for patients undergoing digestive endoscopy.Methods 100 patients who underwent gastrointestinal endoscopy in Jining Yanzhou District People's Hospital(Jining Third People's Hospital)from December 2021 to December 2023 were simple randomly se-lected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(adopting the conventional nursing management intervention mode,50 cases)and the observation group(adopting the conventional plus the seamless nursing manage-ment mode,50 cases)according to the method of random number table.Compared the pain status,psychological sta-tus,nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results After the intervention,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were(45.23±4.27)points and(44.38±4.27)points,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05);and the nursing care total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 84.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of a seam-less care management model helps to relieve pain,improve negative patient emotions,and enhance patient satisfaction.
