摘　　要：目的构建一套军队康复疗养中心护理质量指标评价体系,可以科学、精准、规范地评价护理质量,持续性改进护理质量管理水平。方法通过文献回顾、实地调研和查阅国家军队相关法规、制度、规范等,了解军队康复疗养中心护理质量评价指标的现状和应用情况,依据“Donabedian质量模型”理论,初步构建护理质量一、二级指标评价架构,采用专家咨询法进行评议,最终确定指标项目的数量、内容和权重。结果专家的积极系数为1,权威程度均大于0.8,一级指标3项,二级指标12项。结论护理质量一、二级评价指标的确定,能够科学、精准、规范、及时地对军队康复疗养中心护理质量管理水平进行评价,并为军队康复疗养中心的行政管理提供了可参考的科学依据。Objective To establish a set of nursing quality index evaluation system for military rehabilitation and recuperation center,which can evaluate nursing quality scientifically,accurately and normatively,and continuously improve nursing quality management level.Methods Through literature review,field investigation and reference to relevant laws,systems and norms of the national army,the status quo and application of nursing quality evaluation indicators in military rehabilitation and recuperation centers were explored.Based on the theory of"Donabedian quality model",the evaluation framework of primary and secondary nursing quality indicators was initially constructed,and expert consultation was adopted for evaluation.The number,content,and weight of indicator items were finalized.Results The positive coefficient of experts was 1,the degree of authority was greater than 0.8,there were 3 primary indexes and 12 secondary indexes.Conclusion The determination of the primary and secondary evaluation indexes of nursing quality can evaluate the nursing quality management level of military rehabilitation and recuperation center scientifically,accurately,normatively and timely,and provide a scientific reference for the administrative management of military rehabilitation and recuperation center.
