中医定向透药联合麦肯基疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中医定向透药联合麦肯基疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取在某疗养中心2023年3月至12月疗养的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,按照就诊顺序将其编号,应用随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组给予麦肯基疗法,观察组在麦肯基疗法的基础上给予定向透药干预治疗,疗程为1个月,比较治疗前后两组研究对象的疼痛数字评价量表(NRS)和Oswestry功能障碍指数评定量表(ODI)得分。结果治疗后,观察组NRS评分(2.90±1.10)分,对照组NRS评分(4.15±0.92)分;观察组ODI评分(25.25±5.95)分,对照组ODI评分(30.80±3.53)分。观察组和对照组NRS评分和ODI评分均降低(P<0.05);观察组NRS评分和ODI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医定向透药联合麦肯基疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果显著,可减轻患者疼痛感,改善腰椎功能障碍,促进腰椎功能的恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)targeted drug penetration combined with McKenzie therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in a nursing center from March 2023 to Decembe were selected as the study objects,numbered according to the order of treatment,and divided into observation group and control group by random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given McKenzie therapy,while the observation group was given TCM targeted drug penetration intervention on the basis of McKenzie therapy.The treatment course was 1 month,and the numerical rating scale(NRS)and Oswestry disability index(ODI)of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the NRS score of the observation group was(2.90±1.10)and the control group was(4.15±0.92);the ODI score of the observation group was(25.25±5.95)and the control group was(30.80±3.53).The NRS score and ODI score were decreased in the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).The NRS scores and ODI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine targeted drug penetration combined with McKenzie therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is remarkable,which can reduce the pain of patients,improve the dysfunction of lumbar spine and promote the recovery of lumbar spine function.
