运动疗法在格林巴利综合征患者康复中的应用综述

摘　　要：格林巴利综合征(Guillain-barre syndrome,GBS)是一种自身免疫系统攻击周围神经系统引起的疾病,患者发病时常伴有肌力减低甚至瘫痪,大多患者经血浆置换、免疫球蛋白静脉注射等治疗可以恢复,但仍有一部分患者遗留了运动感觉功能障碍、呼吸功能障碍等后遗症,因此,格林巴利综合征患者的康复治疗显得尤为重要。运动疗法是一种较为常用的康复治疗手段,具有促进感觉和运动功能的恢复、改善损伤引起的疼痛症状、防止肌肉萎缩等作用。本文针对近年来运动疗法对于格林巴利综合征患者的呼吸功能、运动功能、心理功能、疼痛方面有效性的证据进行了总结,并对疾病阶段训练、运动强度、个体化对训练患者功能改善情况进行了总结,简要介绍了运动疗法对于免疫系统和神经再生的调节机制,为格林巴利综合征患者制定运动处方提供了参考。Guillain-Barre syndrome is a disease caused by the autoimmune system attacking the peripheral nervous system,which is often accompanied by reduced muscle strength or even paralysis.Most patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome can recover from plasma exchange or intravenous injections of immunoglobulin,although some suffer from sequelae like motor,sensory and respiratory dysfunction.Therefore,the rehabilitation treatment of Guillain-Barre syndrome patients is particularly important.Exercise therapy is a commonly used approach of rehabilitation that promotes the recovery of sensory and motor functions,alleviates injury-induced pain symptoms,and prevents muscle atrophy.This article summarized the evidence of the effectiveness of exercise therapy on the respiratory function,motor function,psychological function and pain of patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome in recent years.Moreover,we summarized the functional improvement of disease stage,exercise intensity and individualized function recovery of patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome,and briefly introduced the regulatory mechanism of exercise therapy on immune system and nerve regeneration.It provides references for formulating exercise prescription for Guillain-Barre syndrome.
